Readers,
As you all know, back in 2897, the Earth has been slowly increasing the slope of its axis. Now, in 3000, the Earth is almost totally on it side. And it pretty much has lead to disaster . People didn't start falling off the Earth like what my little sister thought, but people did have to start moving around. Like, the entire population of the Earth moves twice a year because of the weather. It gets to -250 degrees F in the winter, which happens on the side that is away from the sun and 150 degrees in the summer, which happens on the side that is all sun . There is almost no spring or fall. We all have to move to find just the right spot so we don't melt or freeze to death. Animal species have been going extinct because they weren't all able to move and we can't go all Moses on the Earth every time the seasons change. It is also super hard to get water. All of the water freezes in the winter and suddenly melts when it gets to summer. This has lead to a lot of flooding on the Earth and that along with the fact that only a small percentage of the Earth can grow crops at one time has led to starvation and a lot of corrosion on the Earth. Scientists say that the Earth is slowly wearing down and that maybe in a couple hundred years, we could be living on the next layer of the Earth. The Sun has already beaten down on the atmosphere. All of the layers are still there, but much thinner. This also makes the growing of food very hard. I might just convince my parents to save up money so we can live on the moon with some of the other people who have escaped there. You have to stay in the air bubble at all times, but its better than starving and thirsty all of the time.
